Luckily we are all safe and well. Londoners are too phlegmatic to let something like a few bombs interrupt daily life. We will not run scared, but show by defiance of getting back to normal that they can't change us. After all it's not that long ago since the IRA were bombing us and we didn't give in to them.

I am fine. Everyone here is ok, and life to some degree is back to normal. There is a two minute silence across Europe today, which will bring it home, and also the police have found out who some of the bombers were, and they were British citizens, which is quite a distressing development. But like everyone else in the world who has had this, you just carry on, don’t you?
